GLOBAL COMMUNITY NETWORK

Center for Right Relationship

Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC)

Relationship is the fundamental bond that defines living things. Within each relationship is the power to heal and the potential to harm. The impact of relationship is at once intimate and global in scale. Given current world events there is no time to waste.

We have issued a powerful, cross-disciplinary wake-up call. Because you are passionate about creating positive change, be it for your clients or a community cause, you did not hit the snooze button. Now is the time for the next step. How do you gain cutting edge skills and practice necessary to work with relationships in a way that they will flourish? How do you move from engagement with individuals to engaging the system? How do you negotiate conflict from "what is trying to happen?" rather than "who did what to whom?" And how do you connect and remain engaged with others who are doing the same work?

The Center for Right Relationship is a thought leader in relationship systems thinking, and the premier training organization for coaches and allied professionals in the theory and practice of Relationship Systems Work™. After years of working directly with couples, corporations and communities, we recognise that our expertise lies in operationalizing systems theory into a comprehensive methodology for working directly with the third entity of relationships and teams. We wanted to do more than prove time after time that relationship systems work could make a difference with our clients. We envisioned the opportunity for others to learn the methods and broaden the impact of the discipline.

The most successful training for Relationship Systems Coaching to date, the flagship, ICF accredited Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program does just that! It shifts the focus from the individuals in the system to the relationship itself: an important player called, the Third Entity™. It provides Relationship Systems practitioners with a model to work directly with the system rather than do individual work within the group. The entire training in the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program, is geared to provide practitioners with theory, skills and competency to do just that!

The vision to create a global institute that delivers top notch training, produces world class practitioners, and fosters growth in the discipline is achieved daily through the work done by over 1500 pracitioners in more than 15 countries. They practice and make a difference in corporations, teams, non-profit organizations, government, law, manufacturing, IT, family business, estate planning, therapy, to name only some.

Our training programs and continuing education courses are:

  • Cross-disciplinary. While our programs have their roots in coaching and require an understanding of the coaching discipline, there is enormous relevance and benefit to students from allied professions like therapy, mediation, human resources, and organization development. We are also interested in engaging community activists and spiritual workers. By enlarging our student base beyond coaching, we enrich the practice of other disciplines and our own.
  • Practical. We are big fans of experiential learning. We provide tools and techniques, and place a high priority on practice.
  • Evidence-based. Theory is of little use unless it makes a tangible impact on the world, so we teach what we know works. Data is gathered through research, case studies, and collaboration with practitioners. Curriculum has a real-world relevance and draws on the actual experiences of instructors and students.
  • Accredited. Center for Right Relationship offers programs that are accredited by the International Coach Federation. The ORSC program is currently accrdited for 84 CCEUs. It is also currently awaiting certification for Approved Coach Specific Training Hours, which can be applied toward ACC, PCC and MCC status.
  • Designed to build community. Relationship systems thinking is a global movement. Our course offerings help foster local communities of high caliber practitioners on every continent. We encourage networking, dialogue and partnerships to continue long after course work is completed.
  • Responsive. Course content adapts to emerging needs and the evolution of practice in the field. We are committed to continuous improvement.
  • Inspiring. Deep understanding and a fundamental paradigm shift need not be painful! Our programs incorporate creativity, fun and “magic” in the educational process.
  • Supportive of life-long learning. Graduates can refine, refresh and re-engage with relationship systems thinking at all points in their career by accessing ongoing services and support provided by the Center for Right Relationship.

The ORSC Program: The Center For Right Relationship’s Flagship Product

The Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching Program (ORSC) is a groundbreaking model for coaching relationship systems in organizations, groups, teams, partnerships, and couples. The breakthrough paradigm shift in this work is to hold “The Third Entity™” of relationship as the client, rather than the individuals involved in the relationship. This subtle shift has a profound impact on the results that are possible in systems coaching; it requires a very different skill set from that of facilitating individual work within a group setting.

The ORSC Program was developed in response to the expressed desire of coaches as well as allied professionals to develop skills, competency and confidence to expertly work with relationship systems in a new way. It pioneers a breakthrough integrative model derived from Co-Active Coaching™, Systems Theory, Process Work, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics and Taoism.

Using a combination of scenarios and live material, participants receive hands-on training in the application of cutting-edge systems technology to a variety of market niches.

The series is comprised of five courses that are offered in a variety of locations across North America and Europe. The first, which provides an extensive overview and practice of the key concepts of relationship systems theory and is a pre-requisite for the program, is held over two days. Each of the four additional modules is a three-day course.
